    📍 Location: Sophie B. Wright High School, New Orleans, LA

    💼 Exhibitor Package – $500
     
    Includes:

    (2) 6-ft. tables with space for table-top or behind-table displays
    Up to 3 representatives per booth
    Breakfast included both days
    Listing on conference website: contact info, website, social media handles, and product/service overview
    Opportunity to host 1 workshop session (pending approval of workshop)
    Option to include 1 item/marketing insert in attendee swag bags
    Opportunity to donate item(s) for giveaways
    Featured in at least 2 promotional e-blasts and social media posts

    Vendor Package - $150 (two days) $100 (one day)

    Includes: 

    (1) 6 ft. table with two chairs

    up to 2 representatives per table

    Listing on conference website: contact info, website, social medi handles, and product/service overview

    Must donate at least one item for giveaways

    featured in 1 promotional e-blast and social media post.

    Must send conference flyer to email list/post on social media.

    8:00 AM – 4:30 PM – Marketplace Open (excluding Keynotes)
     
    Saturday, July 25:

    7:00 AM - Exhibitor/Vendor Setup (if needed)

    8:00 AM – 2:30 PM – Marketplace Open (excluding Keynotes)

    2:30 pm - 4:30 pm – Exhibitor Breakdown

    Early breakdown is discouraged and may impact future participation, please communicate with us so that we can plan accordingly.

     ⚠️ Policies & Requirements
     Booth assignments are first-come, first-served and confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Sponsors will be assigned first, followed by Exhibitors, then vendors. 
    You must bring your own table covering and marketing materials.
    Electricity must be supplied by exhibitor/vendor (battery pack, no generators allowed.)
    Loud equipment, speakers, or disruptive displays cannot be utilized. 
    All activity (interviews, giveaways, etc.) must remain within your table space.
    All Exhibitors and vendors must sign a Participation Agreement upon confirmation.
    No refunds unless 4PXP cancels the event. 

    💬 Code of Conduct

    Maintain professionalism and respect.
    Remain within assigned spaces unless attending a key note session or specific activities. 
    No unsolicited activity or distribution outside your booth.
