    Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 4PXP 4th Annual Early Learning Conference!

    Conference Dates: Friday, July 24 & Saturday, July 25, 2026

    Location: Sophie B. Wright High School, New Orleans, LA

    We are excited to bring together early childhood educators, providers, leaders, advocates, parents, and community partners from across Louisiana and beyond for two powerful days of learning, connection, and inspiration. 

    Please carefully review the instructions, requirements, and deadlines below before completing this form. 

    Important Proposal Information

    • Please complete ALL sections of this form.  Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered.
    • Proposals should be:
      • Clearly written
      • Free of excessive jargon or technical language
      • Accessible and engaging for a diverse early childhood audience
      • Practical, interactive, and solution-focused

    Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, June 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST

    Presenter Registration Information

    If selected as a presenter:

    • You will receive a formal presenter acceptance email with registration instructions. 
    • Presenters are required to pay a one-time registration fee of $125, regardless of the number of sessions presented. 
    • Registration includes:
      • Conference access
      • Access to Keynote Sessions
      • Conference Materials and App Access

    Exhibitor/Ventor Table Option

    Presenters may also purchase an exhibitor/vendor table for an additional $75, which includes:

    • One exhibitor/vendor table for both conference days.
    • Access to benefits of the Exhibitor & Vendor Marketplace.

    Sponsorship Opportunities

    Organizations/Businesses interested in expanded visibility and engagement may also become conference sponsors.  Sponsorship packages include presenter opportunities, exhibitlor space, branding, recognition, and additional benefits.

    Presentation Submission Requirements

    If selected, your final presentation materials and payment will be due by:

    Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 11:59 pm CST

    All presentations must be uploaded in advance through the Whova Submission Form and pre-loaded into the conference app. 

    Presenters will have the ability to make edits or updates to their presentations after uploading if needed.  Instructions will be included in the acceptance email. 

    Session Information

    • Presenters may be invited to give their workshop presentation more than once. 
    • Please submit one workshop or panel proposal per form submission.
    • Sessions should be designed for approximately:
      • 50 minutes
      • 30 - 50 participants per session.
    • Presenter must bring their own laptop and connectors to HDMI cable. 4PXP will provide internet access. 

    Conference Tracks

    Workshops and panels are organized into the following tracks:

    • Provider/Owner
    • Family Child Care Center
    • Leadership (Directors & Administration)
    • Teachers
    • Parents & Families

    Please select the track(s) that best align with your presentation topic and intended audience. 

    You may:

    • Present multiple sessions within the same track
    • Present across multiple tracks if selected

    Presenter Availability (IMPORTANT)

    Presenters will be asked to select ALL times they are available to present during the conference. 

    Please note:

    • Selecting a time does NOT guarantee placement in that session block. 
    • Not all requested or selected time slots may be available.
    • Final session assignments will be determined based on conference scheduling needs, room capacity, audience alignment, and overall programming balance.

    We strongly encourage presenters to select as many available time slots as possible to support scheduling flexibility.

    These sessions involve interactive presentations that allow speakers to engage with attendees through discussions, Q&A, and hands-on activities. Presenters are encouraged to utilize effective teaching methods and adult learning principles to facilitate participant involvement, making the content dynamic and relevant. The goal is to create a learning environment where attendees can actively share their experiences and insight. It can be a workshop, panel, or combination of workshop & panel.

    • Evaluation Criteria

      Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Relevance to early childhood education and alignment with conference themes. 2. Innovation and engagement strategies. 3. Clarity and specificity of the proposed session content. 4. Experience and qualifications of the speaker(s). 5. Appropriateness of the target audience level in relation to the session content.

    • Terms and Conditions:

      Presenters and/or their employers are responsible for for all costs associated with traveling and presenting at 4PXP Early Learning Conference.  4PXP will not cover any costs associated with traveling and presenting at the Conference.  These costs include, but are not limited to, travel accomodations, materials, etc.

      Presenters will be responsible for creating, printing, and purchasing all session materials, such as handouts and manipulaties. These items are not required as the 4PXP conference is fully digital. 

      4PXP reserves the right to cancel sessions of presenters as they see fit.
